Job summary

Sparklight, a Cable One brand, is expanding its team of Business Inbound Sales Representatives - Interim Work From Home. You will handle inbound calls, retain customers, and drive revenue by offering tailored internet, phone, and video services.

We value empathy, persistence, and a proactive approach. A minimum six months in customer service is preferred, with a GED or high school diploma required. Remote work is possible for the right candidate in the United States.

Qualifications

• At least six months of customer service experience; call center experience is a plus.
• Proactive in guiding conversations to close sales.
• Ability to listen with empathy and present workable solutions.
• Must keep pace with product improvements and maintain attendance.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from current customers requesting services to be removed or disconnected and work to retain Sparklight services and gross revenue.
• Input orders accurately using multiple order entry programs.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors' offers to provide beneficial offers.
• Meet monthly metrics and call quality standards.
