Job summary

Flash is seeking an Implementation Analyst to guide customers through onboarding and configuration of Flash hardware and software. You will conduct online and in-person training, work with customers to understand operational needs, and ensure successful implementations while collaborating with the Operations team.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills, with travel up to 25% to customer locations nationwide. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing support role.
• 2+ years prior training experience with external customers.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand and translate customer goals into a plan with software configuration.
• Document SaaS configurations and perform testing and data conversions.
• Evaluate onboarding data using Google/Microsoft Suite, JIRA, and custom SaaS tools.
• Assist customers with initial configuration of FLASH/PK product to meet needs.
• Troubleshoot platform usage and configuration issues.
• Maintain client records and track onboarding milestones in Salesforce/Jira.
• Collaborate with customers to advise on solutions and best practices.
• Maintain and update training materials and manage training schedule.
