Job summary

FLASH is seeking an Implementation Analyst to lead remote onboarding for its parking and charging technology. You will train customers nationwide (up to 25% travel) and ensure successful deployments of FLASH hardware and software.

You will document configurations, manage onboarding data, and collaborate with Salesforce/Jira, Google/Microsoft tools, and other teams to drive customer success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing support role.
• 2+ years training external customers.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer goals into actionable SaaS configuration plans.
• Document configuration and perform testing/data conversions.
• Evaluate onboarding data using Google/Microsoft tools, Jira, and SaaS apps.
• Assist customers with initial FLASH/PK configuration.
• Troubleshoot platform usage and configuration issues.
• Maintain client records and track onboarding milestones with Salesforce/Jira.
• Collaborate with customers to advise on solutions.
• Maintain and update training materials.
• Manage and prioritize training schedules.
• Coordinate with support techs to close knowledge gaps.
