The role requires a Bachelor's degree or higher with 5+ years in K-12 education, plus experience with Salesforce, Zoom, Slack, and productivity tools. Remote work is supported with California travel when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and 5+ years in K-12 education settings.
• Knowledge of standards and effective teaching practices.
• Experience leading professional development or product training.
• Familiar with Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, Google and Microsoft Suites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation and management of accounts within the region.
• Provide nationwide account support as needed.
• Use Salesforce to track opportunities, contacts, and training.
• Design and deliver product training and webinars for customers.
• Collaborate with districts, admins, teachers for successful implementation.
• Travel for presentations and training sessions as needed.
• Lead online webinars and live chat sessions for customers nationwide.
• Manage multiple accounts and projects concurrently.
