Job summary

Flash is seeking an Implementation Analyst to manage onboarding for a growing client base, delivering online and in-person trainings and configuring FLASH hardware and software to meet customer needs. You’ll work within the Operations team to drive long-term customer success and demonstrate the value of FLASH solutions.

The role emphasizes independent work, strong communication, and collaborative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, with travel up to 25% to nationwide sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing support role.
• 2+ years prior training experience in an external customer capacity.
• Spanish bi-lingual is a plus

Responsibilities

• Understand and translate customer goals into a plan with successful software configuration.
• Document SaaS configuration, prepare and execute testing and data conversions.
• Evaluate onboarding data using Google/Microsoft suite, JIRA, and custom SaaS software.
• Assist customers in onboarding and initial configuration of FLASH/PK product.
• Troubleshoot platform usage and configuration issues.
• Maintain client records and milestones using Salesforce, Jira, and project tools.
• Collaborate with customers to understand needs and advise on solutions.
