Job summary

Keefe Group is seeking an Implementation Analyst to learn its proprietary software and lead customer deployments across cloud and hosted environments. You will configure applications, validate setups, train customers remotely, and coordinate with project managers throughout the project lifecycle.

Travel up to 75% and frequent interaction with clients are required. The role emphasizes problem solving, instruction, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure successful deployments at customer

Qualifications

• Six to twelve months minimum IT support experience or related training.
• Able to work with people at all levels in professional environments.
• Willingness to work in correctional facilities and travel frequently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

• Execute and deploy customer project work plans and transition plans.
• Configure software/services and interfaces on Keefe Group hardware at customer sites.
• Perform upgrades and maintenance for deployed Keefe Group systems.
• Manage multiple complex projects within time and resource constraints.
• Develop training session plans for Keefe Group software and technologies.
• Deliver training to customers nationwide and to operations staff when updates are introduced.
