This fully remote position involves guiding clients through the implementation process, ensuring adoption, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in automotive software, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft tools.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of automotive software or dealership experience preferred.
• Experience supporting software implementations, onboarding, or training initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
