Job summary

AFFIRM, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Support Specialist I to help implement the Affirm solution with a growing network of retail partners.

You will be the primary contact for partners and collaborate with engineering and merchant operations to troubleshoot issues and build scalable internal processes. You will routinely handle integration guidance, documentation, and feedback loops to improve product performance while delivering high-quality customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in Tech, eCommerce, SaaS or similar role.
• Strong written communication with stakeholders/customers/partners.
• Excellent project management, communication, and technical skills for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary support to merchant partners on marketing, accounting workflows, implementation guidance, and troubleshooting.
• Resolve technical integration issues related to partners’ ecommerce platforms and order systems.
• Identify and implement new operational processes to drive efficiency.
• Develop detailed technical documentation.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to define cross-functional workflows.
• Provide product feedback to engineering to improve performance and features.
