Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Support Specialist I to assist with the rollout of the Affirm solution for our retail partners.

You will be the primary contact for partner teams, collaborating with engineering and merchant operations to troubleshoot issues and scale processes. You will help implement marketing, accounting workflows, and integration guidance, while contributing to technical docs and cross-functional workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in Tech, eCommerce, SaaS or similar roles.
• Proven written communication with stakeholders, customers, or partners.
• Exceptional project management, communication, and technical skills to manage client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary support to merchant partners on marketing, accounting workflows, implementation guidance, and troubleshooting.
• Resolve technical integration issues related to partners’ ecommerce platforms and OMS.
• Identify and implement new operational processes to drive efficiency.
• Develop detailed technical documentation for clients and internal teams.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to define cross-functional workflows.
• Provide product feedback to improve performance and features.
