Job summary

affirm is seeking an Implementation Support Specialist I to blend technical and communication skills to support integrations for our merchant partners. You’ll work with engineering and merchant operations to troubleshoot, document processes, and scale solutions across networks.

You’ll manage multiple deployments, provide guidance on ecommerce platforms, and help shape product feedback to improve performance and features. This is a remote-first role with US-wide opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years in Tech/eCommerce/SaaS or similar role.
• Experience communicating with stakeholders/customers/partners in writing.
• Strong project management, communication, and technical skills for client engagements.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments independently and deliver with attention to detail.
• Nice to have: experience with Shopify or WooCommerce.
• Nice to have: payments or ecommerce space experience.
• Nice to have: knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, APIs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary support to merchant partners on marketing, accounting workflows, and implementation guidance/troubleshooting.
• Resolve technical integration issues for partners’ ecommerce front-end and back-end order systems.
• Identify and implement new operational processes to drive efficiency.
• Develop detailed technical documentation.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to define cross-functional workflows.
• Provide product feedback to improve performance and features.
