Job summary

Veeva Systems is hiring Implementation Project Managers to join the Ostro division's Client Success team. You will own complex software implementations from kickoff through go-live, coordinating cross-functional teams and external clients to ensure on-time launches in a fast-paced, 6- to 12-week cadence.

Ideal candidates bring PMP or equivalent, experience with MLR/PRC regulatory submissions in life sciences, and a background in healthcare tech or marketing agencies.

Qualifications

• End-to-End delivery of software implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Proactive risk management to keep timelines on track.
• Configure client apps using no-code flow builder; QA/testing prior to release.

Responsibilities

• Own complex software implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Sales, Support) and external clients.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication throughout implementation lifecycle.
