Job summary

Veeva Systems Ostro division seeks an Implementation Project Manager to lead client success projects from kickoff to go-live, coordinating internal teams and external clients. You will proactively manage risks, configure applications using a no-code flow builder, and guide clients through successful launches within a regulated environment.

The role requires 2–4 years of portfolio management experience across 5–10 SaaS implementations, exceptional communication, and familiarity with one-way

Qualifications

• Experience managing SaaS implementations (5–10 projects) and coordinating crossfunctional teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiar with SaaS platforms and one-way system integrations.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery: manage software implementation projects from kickoff to go-live.
• Risk Management: identify risks and propose solutions to keep timelines on track.
• Configuration & QA: configure client applications using no-code flow builder and QA before release.
• Client Advisory: maintain clear, consistent communication through implementation lifecycle.
