Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Implementation to join Ostro's Client Success team. You will own complex software implementations from kickoff to go-live, serving as the primary bridge between internal teams and external clients to ensure on-time launches.

Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of 10–20 concurrent projects, coordinating cross-functionally with consultants, account executives, product managers, and support, and documenting SOPs to scale operations.

Qualifications

• Portfolio management: 10–20 concurrent software implementations
• Process & Scaling: Built standard SOPs and project templates
• Product Launch: Hands-on experience deploying beta or new products
• PMP certification or equivalent
• Experience with MLR/PRC regulatory submissions
• Background in healthcare technology or a marketing agency
• Experience mentoring junior project managers

Responsibilities

• Manage full-lifecycle software implementation projects from kickoff to go-live
• Manage a portfolio of 10 to 20 concurrent projects
• Configure client applications utilizing no-code flow builders and conduct QA testing for regulatory submissions
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Implementation Consultants, Account Executives, Product Managers, and Support teams
• Scale implementation operations by developing SOPs and integrated template project plans
• Coach and mentor Associate and Project Manager-level team members
