Job summary

Veeva Systems is hiring Implementation Project Managers for Ostro, a division driving AI-powered brand engagement in life sciences. You will own complex software implementations from kickoff to go-live, coordinating internal teams and external clients to ensure on-time launches.

Role requires PMP or equivalent, and experience with MLR/PRC regulatory submissions. We value strong communication, risk management, and mentoring junior PMs within a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end software implementations within 6–12 week timelines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP certification or equivalent required; experience with MLR/PRC submissions in pharma or life sciences.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery: lead software implementations from kickoff to go-live and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Risk Management: identify risks and propose alternatives to keep timelines on track.
• Configuration & QA: configure client applications using no-code flows and conduct QA for releases.
• Client Advisory: maintain clear communication to guide clients through launches.
• Portfolio Management: oversee 2–4 years and 5–10 concurrent SaaS implementations.
• Client Management: guide onboarding, manage stakeholders, and troubleshoot issues.
• Technical Comfort: familiar with SaaS platforms and system integrations.
