Job summary

Veeva Systems is hiring a Senior Project Manager, Implementation to lead complex software deployments within the Ostro division. You will own end-to-end implementations and act as the bridge between internal teams and external clients to ensure on-time launches.

In this role you will manage 10–20 concurrent projects, coordinate across Implementation Consultants, Account Executives, Product Managers, and Support teams, and develop SOPs to scale operations. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• PMP certified with proven project leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing 10–20 concurrent software implementations.
• Background in healthcare technology or life sciences marketing.
• Experience mentoring junior project managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle software implementations from kickoff to go-live, ensuring on-time delivery and clear client communication.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Implementation Consultants, Account Executives, Product Managers, and Support.
• Scale operations by building SOPs, template plans, and refining internal tools and discovery processes.
• Mentor Associate and Project Manager level staff to boost growth and efficiency.
• Deliver hands-on product launches and support troubleshooting for beta or new releases.
