Job summary

Veeva Systems is a mission-driven SaaS leader transforming life sciences through industry cloud solutions. We seek a results-driven Project Manager to act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders from conception to delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of software implementation experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven ability to manage timelines, risks, and budgets in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• PMP Certification required.
• 5-8 years of software implementation project management, with customer-facing delivery.
• Proven success leading technology implementations.
• Pharmaceutical Speaker Bureau experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of solutions from initiation to go-live and beyond.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams, manage timelines, budget and quality.
• Monitor progress, risks, and issues; keep projects on schedule and within scope.
• Communicate gaps and risks with clear follow-up to task owners.
• Build relationships with customers and internal teams; serve as primary liaison.
• Guide customers in adopting best practices and value realization.
• Provide updates on timeline, status, risks, and gaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.
