Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Client Services expert for Ostro to manage strategic relationships with large pharmaceutical clients and drive ROI across campaigns.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, translate analytics into actionable recommendations, and champion customer needs to shape product roadmaps while enabling successful program outcomes. This remote-friendly role requires travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in digital marketing strategy, client services, or account management in pharma or life sciences.
• Proven success growing strategic enterprise accounts.
• Deep knowledge of omnichannel digital marketing.
• Experience with MLR review and FDA guidelines.
• Experience supporting pharma product launches and Vault PromoMats.
• Strong analytics translating data into strategic recommendations.
• Cross-functional collaboration across teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel to client sites approximately once per quarter or as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor for a portfolio of enterprise pharmaceutical clients.
• Build executive relationships to drive client satisfaction, retention, renewals, and growth.
• Develop client strategies to maximize platform adoption and outcomes.
• Translate analytics and campaign performance into actionable business recommendations.
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver exceptional client experiences and flawless execution.
• Champion customer needs internally and influence the Ostro product roadmap.
• Identify and lead opportunities for account expansion while managing complex projects, budgets, and timelines.
