Job summary

Veeva is hiring a Senior Project Manager, Implementation to lead complex software rollouts for our life sciences clients. You will own end-to-end delivery, coordinating cross-functionally, and ensuring timelines are met across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Portfolio management of 10–20 concurrent software implementations.
• Experience with multi-product rollouts and complex, multi-system integrations.
• Experience building SOPs and project templates for the implementation lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience deploying and troubleshooting beta or newly released products.
• PMP certification or equivalent; experience with MLR/PRC submissions; background in healthcare tech or marketing agency; mentoring junior PMs.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-lifecycle software implementation projects from kickoff to go-live, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Manage a portfolio of 10 to 20 concurrent projects across multi-system environments.
• Configure client applications using no-code flow builders and conduct QA for regulatory submissions.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Implementation Consultants, Account Executives, Product Managers, and Support teams.
• Scale implementation operations by developing SOPs and integrated templates for projects.
• Coach and mentor Associate and Project Manager-level team members.
