Job summary

Revinate is a leading hospitality tech company seeking an Implementation Project Manager to onboard clients and ensure long-term success across Revinate’s product suite. You will manage new customer implementations, product upsells, and SOW requests, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within scope.

The role blends project and stakeholder management, with a focus on fast-paced execution and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in a related field or 2+ years of PM experience.
• Experience in customer-facing SaaS technology, hospitality or ops is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume concurrent projects and priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Technical aptitude and collaboration with back-end engineering or integration teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementation as main contact, ensuring on-time onboarding.
• Drive execution, meet milestones, and escalate risks as needed.
• Organize internal/external meetings and prepare materials.
• Manage project documentation and SOPs; update as product/process changes.
• Act as subject matter expert for Revinate products to maximize value.
• Build deep product/industry knowledge through continuous learning.
• Validate integrations and ensure correct configuration of systems.
• Perform setup and configuration of technical components.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation.
• Coordinate with PMS vendors for integration details.
