Paylocity is seeking an Implementation Project Manager Ops to coordinate and deliver projects on time, within budget and scope. You will plan resources, lead a project team, manage risks, and ensure customer satisfaction across multiple initiatives.

The role requires 2+ years in people or project leadership and 1+ year in implementation/PM, with strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills. Remote US-based position, with occasional travel.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of People and/or Project Leadership experience.
• One year of Implementation or Project Management experience.
• Experience with large deadline-driven teams is required.
• Highly organized with multi-tasking ability.
• Excellent presentation and customer service skills.

• Facilitates definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develops detailed project plans and manages implementation processes.
• Coordinates complex initiatives from initiation to completion.
