Job summary

Impartner, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to guide customers through implementing and optimizing the PRM platform. You will ensure on-time, in-scope deliveries while aligning with business goals and stakeholder expectations.

As a PM, you will translate technical details for non-technical stakeholders, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support to drive successful deployments. Remote-based with nationwide state eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field or equivalent practice.
• 5+ years of project management experience in enterprise software, technology, or SaaS implementations.
• Proven experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, delivering on time and within scope.
• Strong understanding of software implementation lifecycles and technical integrations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project).
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or other PM certifications preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment and travel as needed.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging Impartner or managing partner channels preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing expectations and providing status updates.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support to coordinate resources and resolve challenges.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and recommend best practices to clients.
• Explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, track metrics, and report outcomes to leadership and clients.
• Mentor junior project managers or team members to promote knowledge sharing.
