Job summary

3E seeks an Implementation Project Manager to lead complex customer implementations across multiple products and teams. You will translate customer scopes into executable delivery plans, coordinate internal specialists, and ensure on-time, in-scope outcomes with measurable success criteria.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and external partners, maintaining a unified customer plan and data-driven reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in software implementation or related roles.
• Experience leading complex customer implementations with multiple workstreams and dependencies.
• Experience owning project scope, plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.
• Strong technical aptitude to coordinate specialists and understand configuration, data, and integration.
• Proven ability to communicate credibly with senior customer stakeholders.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional contributors without formal authority.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with data-driven prioritization.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office and data reporting.
• Willingness to travel 10–20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex implementation projects from plan to close across multiple products and teams.
• Translate scopes into an integrated delivery strategy with milestones, resources, and dependencies.
• Lead technical discovery and pre-integration planning with customers and internal teams.
• Own the master implementation plan and coordinate cross-functional specialists and partners.
• Establish success criteria at kickoff and monitor outcomes throughout delivery.
• Manage customer governance and sponsor communications.
• Maintain phase-gate reviews and provide data-backed project health reporting.
• Identify risks early and mitigate impact on timelines and value.
• Drive post-onboarding value realization through migrations, integrations, and optimization.
