Job summary

SafelyYou is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead the rollout of our AI-enabled care technology across a growing portfolio of healthcare clients in the United States. You will manage end-to-end implementation projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in onboarding/implementation or project management, strong multi-stakeholder communication, and the ability to travel up to 25% while lifting heavy equipment as

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an Onboarding Manager, Implementation Manager, or Project Manager in a startup environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience identifying inefficient processes and implementing improvements.

Responsibilities

• Act as the SafelyYou advocate, ensuring a smooth customer experience from late-stage sales through launch of services.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal and external customers, aligning on solutions for their requirements.
• Communicate with stakeholders within an account, acting as the main contact between SafelyYou and locations during implementation.
• Manage a portfolio of implementation projects to deliver on time, on schedule, and within budgets.
• Lead virtual and onsite tours, and travel as needed, to understand technical requirements for planning, resourcing, and logistics for installation of sensor, networking equipment, and servers.
• Document and design the Scope of Work with accurate technical and implementation details.
