SafelyYou is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead rollout of our AI-powered senior care technology for healthcare clients. You will oversee end-to-end implementation projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure successful go-live and adoption.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in onboarding/implementation roles, strong project coordination skills, and willingness to travel up to 25%. We offer a fully remote environment with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an onboarding manager, implementation manager, or project manager in a startup environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience identifying inefficient processes and driving improvements.
• Solid technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Top-notch communication for multi-stakeholder projects.
• Experience implementing technology in environments requiring networking knowledge.
• Experience architecting solutions and integrations for diverse customers.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and own a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Act as SafelyYou advocate, ensuring a smooth customer experience from late-stage sales through service launch.
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external customers to align on solutions.
• Communicate with stakeholders across accounts during implementation.
• Manage a portfolio of implementation projects to deliver on time, on schedule, and within budgets.
• Lead virtual and onsite tours; travel as needed for planning, resourcing, logistics, and installation of sensor, networking equipment, and servers.
• Collaborate with teams to document and design the Scope of Work with accurate technical details.
