Job summary

Aidoc is seeking an Implementation Manager to own end-to-end delivery of customer onboardings, including integrations with hospital systems and feature additions. You will steer technical discussions with radiology IT teams, oversee validation and go-lives, and work with Product, Customer Success, and Sales to refine requirements.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in customer-facing or technical operations in Healthcare IT, with PACS/RIS/EMR familiarity, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent in a related technical discipline.
• 4+ years of customer-facing or technical-operations experience with US/EU customers.
• Experience in Healthcare IT, radiology IT (PACS, RIS) and EMR considered an advantage.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and drive technical projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage onboarding projects for new customers on the Aidoc platform.
• Lead architecture discussions with customers' IT teams and coordinate setup, testing and go-lives.
• Build strong relationships with customers' technical teams as the primary technical contact.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Sales to define requirements and optimize solutions.
• Travel 1–3 days per month as needed.
