Job summary

AssistIQ is seeking an Implementation Manager to deploy our AI-driven software across hospitals in North America. You will lead on-site deployments from discovery to live use, train end users, and align clinical and IT stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption.

The role requires strong project management, superb communication, and the ability to balance product priorities with customer needs while traveling 55%+. Startup pace, confidentiality, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading software implementations, preferably in healthcare IT.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.
• Willingness to travel 55%+.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute product implementation at customer locations from discovery to live deployment.
• Build positive relationships with on-site clinical teams and IT staff.
• Identify product gaps, risks, and opportunities during implementation.
• Train end users and ensure user acceptance post go-live.
• Provide regular project updates and manage scope and timelines.
• Improve implementation processes and create scalable playbooks.
