Job summary

HealthEquity, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Manager to coordinate large-scale implementations (200+ clients) remotely. You will liaise with Sales, Tech, COBRA, Partner Managers, and Employer Service Delivery to ensure timely deliveries and client satisfaction.

The role requires 3–5 years in client service and 1–3 years managing special projects, with a Bachelor’s degree. Expect fast-paced days, strong relationship-building, and guidance to teammates.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of client service experience.
• 1-3 years of experience with special projects and project tracking.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high stress and high-demand environment during peak times.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages communications, timelines, and deliverables for client implementations.
• Educates clients on managing portals and plans and how this impacts employees.
• Conduit between client, broker, and internal partners to find solutions.
• SME on HealthEquity platforms; documents plan configuration and file setup requirements.
• Mentors teammates and supports colleagues during peak times and changes.
