Job summary

AssistIQ is seeking an Implementation Manager to deploy our AI-driven software across surgical suites and procedural areas in North American hospitals. You will develop scalable deployment practices, train users, and coordinate with clinicians, IT and procurement to ensure successful go-lives.

You will manage end-to-end deployments, identify risks, and partner with product teams to translate customer feedback into improvements.

Qualifications

Led software and/or hardware implementations in healthcare IT environments.
Experience coordinating with clinicians, IT, finance and procurement.
Strong project management, prioritization and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Willingness to travel 55% or more.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute product implementations at customer sites from discovery to live deployment.
Build and maintain relationships with end users and key stakeholders across clinical and admin teams.
Identify gaps, risks and opportunities; partner with Product to address them.
Deliver on-site training for end users and ensure user acceptance.
Maintain progress visibility through reporting and stakeholder meetings; hand off to Customer Success after go-live.
