Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer-facing project or program management experience in healthcare.
• Experience at an early-stage, venture-backed healthcare technology company.
• Proven success managing end-to-end implementations of healthcare software.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from kickoff through go-live.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales on scoping and deal transitions.
