IPA - Innovative Product Achievements seeks an Implementation Engineer to be the hands-on face of IPA at customer sites, delivering scrub and linen automation solutions from delivery through go-live. You will own the full onsite implementation, uncrating, installing, networking, powering up systems, and training clients for long-term success.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred.
• A problem-solver who enjoys tackling complex issues with enthusiasm.
• A service-oriented mindset, comfortable with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and adaptability to audiences.
• Ability to travel at least 80% and work independently from home.
• Valid driver’s license and immunizations for hospital access.

Responsibilities

• Travel onsite to install and configure equipment, connect power and data, and program systems.
• Train end users on software and procedures for long-term success.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, firmware, and networking issues during implementations.
• Perform preventative maintenance and document progress in Salesforce.
• Maintain proficiency with basic wiring, tools, and test equipment.
• Support system administration tasks and Linux basics as needed.
• Manage travel and expenses efficiently, prioritizing time and cost.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Sales, and Engineering for a seamless experience.
