IPA - Innovative Product Achievements seeks an Implementation Engineer to be the hands-on face of IPA at customer sites, delivering our scrub and linen automation solutions from delivery through go-live. This role owns the full onsite implementation, troubleshooting, and client training across hospitals nationwide.

You will travel up to 80% of the time, install and program systems, support Linux-based tasks, and collaborate with Project Management, Sales, and Engineering to ensure a seamless

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred; field technician experience ideal.
• Strong problem-solving and service orientation with good communication.
• Ability to travel 80% and work independently from home office.
• Valid driver's license and immunizations for hospital access.

Responsabilidades

• Travel onsite to install, network, and power up equipment and train clients.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues during implementations.
• Provide daily progress updates and document cases in Salesforce.
• Maintain proficiency with wiring, hand tools, and test equipment.
