Job summary

IPA - Innovative Product Achievements is seeking an Implementation Engineer to be the hands-on face of IPA at customer sites, delivering our scrub and linen automation solutions from delivery through go-live. You will own the full onsite implementation, from uncrating and installation to training clients for long-term success.

Travel nationwide to hospitals and healthcare facilities, troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking in real time.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required or preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and service mindset.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 80% and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Travel onsite to install and configure equipment, network, and energize systems.
• Train clients on software and procedures for long-term success.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues during implementations.
• Maintain documentation and communicate progress in Salesforce.
• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure customer satisfaction.
