Job summary

IPA - Innovative Product Achievements seeks an Implementation Engineer to be the hands-on face of IPA at customer sites, from delivery through go-live. You will own the full onsite implementation — uncrating equipment, installing, networking, powering up systems, and training clients for long-term success.

You'll travel to hospitals and healthcare facilities nationwide, troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues in real time while collaborating with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Ability to travel at least 80% and work independently from a home office.
• A valid driver's license and immunizations required for hospital site access.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel onsite to install, connect power/data, network and program systems.
• Train clients on software and procedures for long-term success.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, firmware, and networking issues.
• Maintain proficiency with wiring, tools, and test equipment.
• Assist with Linux-based system administration tasks and software installation.
• Document progress in Salesforce and manage travel expenses.
• Provide proactive problem anticipation to improve future implementations.
