Job summary

Incognito Software Systems Inc is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead software implementations across multiple departments, including product development and QA. The role involves documenting requirements, designing configurations, and delivering end-user training while working both on-site and remotely.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in professional services, familiarity with Oracle/MSSQL, and strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management and/or Computer Science or related field.
• GIS coursework is a plus.
• 3–5 years of professional work experience in software implementation or professional services.
• Experience with proprietary software solutions and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed business process analysis and document requirements.
• Consult with customers on system design, configuration, and workflows.
• Communicate change management fundamentals and translate requirements into specifications.
• Manage end-to-end testing and user acceptance testing scripts.
• Deliver training classes for train-the-trainer and end-users.
• Provide on-site and remote implementation support and issue resolution.
• Create and present project updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Develop ad hoc and routine system reports and dashboards.
