Job summary

Advanced Solutions International is seeking a Senior Software Implementation Consultant to deliver complex iMIS solutions for nonprofit and member organizations. You will configure and implement iMIS and related products, convert data, and extend capabilities with RiSE and other tools.

Work with global or regional teams, provide process improvement advice, and train clients. This role requires travel as needed and emphasizes on-time, on-budget delivery per contracts and strong client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or related experience.
• Certified iMIS Professional preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• iMIS experience and HTML/CSS required.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a project team.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent work product and customer service so that clients are “promoters” of ASI Client Success with a positive impact on the ASI Client Success Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Some travel may be required from time to time, as directed by the Client Success Manager or Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Configuring and implementing iMIS and related products and services, including converting data, working with RiSE, and extending the product with iMIS and other supported tools.
• Serving as part of the technical solutions team or the global solutions Client Success team, depending on skill sets focusing on technical, product or organizational solutions.
• Enabling continuous performance improvement by understanding organizational needs, offering appropriate process change advice, and leading organizational change.
• Delivering client training as either part of implementation, public online classroom, at your desk or client specific as assigned.
• Delivering work within the Success Partnership Program and the Performance Improvement Advisory Service.
• Meeting team (and individual) established billable production targets.
• Focusing on excellent service quality, with an on-time and on-budget delivery, performing all work in accordance with the terms of the Master Services Agreement and within the Client Success fee agreed in the signed task order.
• Performing other job-related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
