Job summary

Texture Corp. is looking for a full-time remote Implementation Specialist to lead onboarding and early adoption for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from contract signing to product value realization.

You will execute end-to-end onboarding, train customers, and serve as the primary delivery contact while coordinating with internal teams. You will capture customer feedback and elevate issues to Engineering and Delivery leadership, maintaining open communication with clients to ensure

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in implementation, onboarding, customer support, or delivery roles.
• Experience with SaaS tools, CRMs, or project tracking tools is a plus.
• Able to follow structured processes while adapting to customer needs.
• Experience working with technical teams and familiarity with Scrum.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
