Job summary

State Street seeks Senior Consultants to lead CRIMS implementations, define client requirements, configure and tune the application, train users, test workflows and drive go-live readiness.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in financial services, consulting or software vendor roles, strong project management and customer-facing skills, and hands-on experience with Front, Middle or Back Office investment systems.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a business or technical field such as Finance, Mathematical Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science; CFA is a strong plus.
• Experience leading implementations of mission-critical financial solutions is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to CRIMS implementations, analyze requirements, and ensure solutions meet customer needs for go-live ownership.
• Assist other Professional Services team members and share best practices.
• Evaluate customer requirements to respond to sales opportunities, prepare and deliver sales presentations, and run proof-of-concept projects.
