Job summary

Caseware is seeking a Consultant in Professional Services to lead end-to-end implementations and act as the primary solution authority on engagements. The role involves translating business requirements into scalable, compliant Caseware configurations and mentoring junior consultants.

Candidates will manage client relationships, ensure delivery quality, and collaborate with Product, Support, and Engineering to improve offerings.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in external audit, assurance, or accounting within a public accounting or professional services firm.
• Experience providing consultative advice to clients, including understanding business requirements and making recommendations.
• Comfortable using and learning accounting, audit, and financial reporting technology solutions. Prior Caseware experience is an asset but not required

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Caseware solutions, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training and go-live support
• Act as the primary solution authority for client engagements, guiding Caseware functionality and workflow optimization
• Translate requirements into compliant Caseware configurations aligned with accounting standards
• Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor through the implementation lifecycle
• Oversee project delivery, including scope, risk, and timelines with minimal oversight
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Engineering to resolve issues and improve offerings
• Mentor associate consultants and provide delivery oversight
• Deliver client training and change management to drive user adoption
• Support pre-sales activities including proposals, demonstrations, and effort estimation
• Continuously improve methodologies and assets using lessons learned and industry trends
