Job summary

Talentify is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead planning and execution of new client installations. You will manage timelines, analyze data, ensure documentation standards, and coordinate client communication throughout the installation process.

The role requires collaboration with internal teams, strong project management, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service while adhering to privacy and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with focus on health insurance or administration preferred.
• 3+ years' experience handling health insurance claim data or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years' project management or similar experience, config/testing a system or product.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Project and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage implementation tasks to high standards.
• Apply project management and organizational skills to implementations.
• Analyze data and identify obstacles in client onboarding processes.
• Analyze client data files, map data feeds, and assist in testing new implementations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to allocate resources for data issues and milestones.
• Communicate with clients professionally, provide status updates, and guide installation.
• Provide regular status updates to internal staff and client resources.
• Manage project schedules using PM software and templates.
• Deliver a high level of customer service.
• Comply with company privacy and security standards.
• Ensure protection of any protected health information as required by law.
• Other duties including data entry or related research tasks.
