Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Implementation Technical Engineer to drive deployment of Revenue Cycle Management and Clinical Productivity Solutions, collaborating with diverse teams across global clients.

This remote role offers travel up to 30% domestically and internationally, onboarding at a designated location, and a compensation range of $96,000-$132,000 plus comprehensive benefits. You will engage with customers, lead deployments, and ensure successful integrations with partner systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and at least five (5) years of technical support or technical implementation experience.
• High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of ten (10) years of IT Support experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Revenue Cycle Management and Clinical Productivity Solutions.
• Collaborate with customers to understand needs and ensure successful deployment designs.
• Collaborate with third party vendors to support product integrations with other systems.
• Support HIS Division's Business plan goals and objectives.
• Participate in comprehensive technical service to maintain a stable installation environment.
• Participate in cross functional and user acceptance testing.
• Engage in cross team projects to ensure best practices.
• Translate customer needs into presentations and onsite meetings for client success.
