Job summary

PerfectServe is seeking an Enterprise Implementation Consultant I to drive large-scale deployments across health systems from a remote US location. You will lead workstreams, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and manage go-live activities, expanding your project ownership.

You will provide workflow consulting for physicians and clinical staff, design training, configure advanced workflows, and collaborate with third-party systems to integrate the PerfectServe platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or IT related discipline.
• Prior customer-facing work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Lucidchart.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with peers in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 30–50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned workstreams within large-scale enterprise deployments and manage deliverables.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution in complex environments.
• Support go-live events, serving as primary contact for designated functional areas.
• Provide workflow consulting for physicians and clinical teams.
• Develop training programs for large health system audiences.
• Configure advanced workflows and integrate with third‑party systems.
• Become proficient across multiple PerfectServe platforms as needed.
