Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and 5+ years in technical support or technical implementation.
• Or High School Diploma/GED with 10+ years IT support experience.
• Five years of experience with server-based client deployment designs and configurations.
• Experience with VMware ESX and Citrix technologies.
• Familiarity with EMR systems such as Epic, Meditech, Cerner.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer, project team and leadership relationships across multi-functional teams to drive project completion.
• Provide technical support for Revenue Cycle Management and Clinical Productivity Solutions.
• Collaborate with customers to understand needs and ensure deployment designs and deployment changes.
• Collaborate with third party vendors to support product integration.
• Support HIS Division’s business plan goals.
• Provide cohesive technical service ensuring a stable product installation environment.
• Participate in cross-functional and user acceptance testing.
• Engage in cross team collaboration to share best practices.
• Translate customer needs into impactful presentations and onsite meetings.
