HealthEquity, Inc. is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to orchestrate the end-to-end deployment for midsize clients in a remote capacity. You will design plans, coordinate with internal and external teams, and ensure quality execution and customer satisfaction.

The role requires cross-functional leadership, strong communication, and the ability to move projects forward amidst ambiguous client expectations, with onboarding activities that may occur onsite periodically.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client service experience within benefits industry.
• 1+ years of experience with special projects and project management delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify client nuances, plan requirements, and contractual commitments to create non-standard solutions.
• Coordinate and plan with cross-functional teams, clients, and external partners.
• Lead client advocacy while maintaining standard PM methodologies and communicating progress and risks.
