Job summary

Knowtion Health is seeking an Integration Analyst, Implementation to support client health systems with data acquisition, validation, and SOP development. You will contribute to timely delivery and adherence to standards across multiple client projects.

Responsibilities include collaborating with Implementation Managers, documenting workflows, and ensuring successful data exchanges. This remote role requires a dedicated home workspace and familiarity with healthcare claims data.

Qualifications

• Experience documenting and validating data processes in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to QA data-related outputs and explain results to non-technical stakeholders.
• Exposure to healthcare claims data (837I, 837P, 835) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SOPs to support scalable data acquisition and validation.
• Assist Implementation Managers on multiple client projects with clear communication.
• Apply Knowtion Health best practices in collaboration with Managers and Analysts.
• Resolve technical project roadblocks to ensure timely outcomes.
• Lead internal/external project meetings with organized minutes and follow-up.
• Document workflows and SOPs for new client implementations.
• Oversee automated and ad hoc file exchanges between clients and Knowtion Health.
