Humana Inc. is seeking a Consumer Engagement Lead to orchestrate end-to-end RxE Operations implementation planning, readiness, and adoption activities across campaigns, programs, and projects.

You’ll coordinate stakeholders, manage risks, and drive successful launches with a focus on adoption and continuous improvement. The role partners with Operations, Workforce Management, Training, Quality, Marketing, Analytics, Technology, and others to align resources, timelines, and dependencies for

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical experience required.
• 2+ years of project experience.
• Experience with process design and implementation.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Passion for improving consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation planning from intake to launch and scale.
• Manage detailed plans, milestones, timelines, risks, and communications.
• Facilitate readiness activities for successful launches.
• Identify and mitigate risks affecting delivery and adoption.
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Analytics, and Tech teams.
• Support workforce readiness planning and staffing implications.
• Monitor adoption and execution against goals.
• Propose improvements to enhance scalability and performance.
• Communicate updates and decisions to partners.
