Job summary

United Imaging is seeking a remote field service engineer to support diagnostic imaging systems across the United States. The role requires living near the posting location and travel up to 75% to service customers and conduct training.

You will collaborate with regional centers, perform installations, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues while advancing your certification in UIH technologies.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in technical field and/or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience with diagnostic imaging equipment (MR, CT, PET-CT, X-ray) preferred.
• Field service experience managing a geographic territory is advantageous.
• IT skills including Windows, Microsoft Office and network connectivity are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-level on-site service support that delights customers in the medical imaging industry.
• Coordinate with Customer Care Center to troubleshoot, maintain and update designated products.
• Assist with new product launches and technology adoption in the US market.
• Install UIH diagnostic imaging equipment in designated geographic regions.
• Attend service training and work toward UIH Professional Certificate.
