Job summary

CRG is seeking a remote Customer Support Representative to join our team. The role offers a monthly gross salary of €1,400–€2,000 plus performance bonuses and a 4 on/4 off schedule. Two permanent shifts are available: 10:00–22:00 or 22:00–10:00 Cyprus local time.

Responsibilities include handling live chat and email inquiries, resolving account-related issues, payments, bonuses, and promotions, while maintaining high service quality and compliance with gaming guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of online customer support experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the iGaming industry.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support via live chat and email.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, technical issues, payments, withdrawals, and promotions.
• Maintain documentation of interactions and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Follow internal processes and responsible gaming guidelines.
