CRG is seeking a remote Customer Support Representative to join our team. The role offers a monthly gross salary of €1,400–€2,000 plus performance bonuses and a 4 on/4 off schedule. Two permanent shifts are available: 10:00–22:00 or 22:00–10:00 Cyprus local time.

Responsibilities include handling live chat and email inquiries, resolving account-related issues, payments, bonuses, and promotions, while maintaining high service quality and compliance with gaming guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of online customer support experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the iGaming industry.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilités

We are looking for talented Customer Support Representative to join our team remotely.

Monthly salary range: €1,400-€2,000 (gross) + performance bonus

Depending on experience and performance.

Work schedule: 4 days on, 4 days off.

An option of 2 shifts to be permanently put on: 10:00-22:00 or 22:00-10:00 (Cyprus local time).

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and efficient customer support via live chat and email.
• Assist customers with account-related inquiries, technical issues, payments, withdrawals, bonuses, and promotional offers.
• Handle customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a solution-oriented approach.
• Maintain a strong understanding of iGaming products, platform features, terms and conditions, and promotional campaigns.
• Conduct initial investigations into customer inquiries and elevate complex cases to the appropriate departments.
• Follow internal procedures, compliance requirements, and responsible gaming guidelines.
• Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and maintain high service quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Experience and qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in online customer support.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the iGaming industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong computer literacy and typing skills.
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, live chat platforms, and customer support tools is an advantage.
