3 Oaks Gaming is seeking an Account Coordinator to join the Commercial Team. You will manage existing B2B relationships with full operational support from Content, Promo, Integration, Onboarding, and Marketing teams.

Based on-site in Bratislava or Malta, the role requires a passion for iGaming, quick learning, and a proactive approach. Fluency in English and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year in Sales, Account Management, or client-facing roles.
• Passion for learning and growth in iGaming.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
• Willingness to adapt to different time zones.
• Strong MS Excel/Sheets skills to monitor KPIs.
• Well-organized, reliable, and proactive.

Responsabilités

• Support Account Managers and Team Lead in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Assist day-to-day management of customer accounts and coordinate timely follow-up.
• Become expert in using Client Area and Back Office systems.
• Act as liaison between customers, Account Managers, and technical team.
• Educate customers on system functionalities and new features.
• Support promotional planning with customers and analyze performance insights.
• Track promotions and KPIs in Excel and flag trends for action.
• Contribute to internal documentation and compliance tasks.
• Monitor account KPIs and share actionable findings with Account Managers.
