FDJ UNITED is seeking a Customer Service Agent to support customers across live chat, email and phone from Malta in a hybrid work setup.

You will assist a global client base, ensuring a high level of satisfaction while navigating governance, risk and compliance obligations. The role involves collaboration with Player Safety, Payments and CRM to deliver top-notch service in a dynamic online gambling environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of basic internet concepts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer support in English across Live Chat, email and telephone.
• Cover multi markets, using translation tools.
• Guide players through the website and mobile app.
• Collaborate with Safety, Payments and CRM to ensure a safe gambling experience.
• Provide feedback on customer experiences and contribute to team projects.
